Addison Group is excited to be supporting the search for an experienced Payroll Specialist with multi-state experience in a high-volume capacity. The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of full-cycle payroll preparation and processing experience in agriculture or similar sectors. This is an onsite role compensating up to $36/hr depending on applicable experience.

Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls accurately and timely.Set up, maintain, and manage garnishments, levies, and direct deposits.Ensure compliance and completeness of payroll records.Analyze and validate time off accruals, deductions, and new hire data.Produce timely and accurate payroll reports as needed.Support employees and supervisors with timekeeping.Deliver excellent customer service promptly.Ensure payroll activities comply with regulations and guidelines.Assist with special projects and administrative duties.
Qualifications
4+ years of payroll processing experienceAssociates degree in a related field or CPP/FCP certifications highly preferred
