A name-brand venture capital firm known for its successful investment strategies and backing of groundbreaking startups, is actively seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its Finance Team. The firm has strategically funded cutting-edge AI and tech companies, many of which have achieved remarkably successful IPOs.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with quarterly reviews and valuations of portfolio companiesParticipate in the quarterly financial close processAssisting with the preparation of capital calls and distributionsMonitor expense budgets, allocations and accruals
Preferred Qualifications3 to 7 years of fund tax and/or fund accounting experience, preferably in venture capital, private equity, public accounting, asset management, hedge fund, or from a fund administrator.CPA license preferred
