This company provides high-quality logistics properties across the US. Their commitment to sustainability is unmatched! The Utilities Operations Associates will provide day-to-day oversight and management of centralized inbox and support to department leadership across operations and investment teams.This role is hybrid in Ft Washington, PA. Please only local candidates apply. The rate for this role is between $32-$36hr. Rate is dependent on experience, education, and other factors.The qualified candidate will possess:3+ years of experience with MS Office, especially ExcelAbility to commute to the office in Fort Washington, PA 3 days per weekDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects and reportingDemonstrated experience in project managementExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to interpret documents such as leases, safety rules, plans and specifications, energy plans, and procedure manualsAbility to manage and track large amounts of data, and to articulate a clear and meaningful message supported by this dataDemonstrates a high attention to detailAbility to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environmentThe optimum candidate will possess:1+ years of experience with utilities, real estate, property management, or relatedExperience with Yardi
