Sr. Product Designer - Ads, Offers, & Promotions

Adecco is recruiting a Senior Product Designer for our client, a multinational transportation company that provides ride-hailing services, courier services, food delivery, and freight transport. In this role, you will be a part of the Ads & Offers team to create innovative ad formats that enhance the customer experience and promote industry-leading offers discovery. Designers on this team have the opportunity to create solutions for all of the clients consumer platforms, serving a diverse global user base. As a member of this team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, levels, and geographies. Responsibilities:Own design problems from beginning to end, from the initial concept through to shipping and beyondCreate wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to address complex UX problemsDesign systems to create simple, elegant experiencesCollaborate with product to define requirements, not just translate them into designIdentify future opportunities and work as a key thought partner with your counterparts in product, engineering, and operationsPartner with our UX research team to better understand our customers' needs Qualifications:At least 4-5 years of experience in leading product design, potentially much moreA portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and problem-solving abilityConsumer mobile design experience is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation and storytelling skillsAbility to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independently *The role will be located in San Francisco or New York (hybrid X2 per week).
