Position Summary
Adept is applying cutting edge research in foundation models and Agents to build Enterprise software that solves real business problems. In this role, you’ll own the development of tools and infra that power the Adept Agent data flywheel. You’ll collaborate closely with Research, Product Engineering, Design and Human Feedback teams to rapidly prototype solutions that meet cross functional needs and iterate based on feedback.
The ideal candidate is a software engineer who has worked on production systems, cares deeply about UX, and is passionate about building infrastructure that accelerates the development of, and leverages, agentic LLMs. You should enjoy working closely with a fast paced team, while maintaining high engineering standards.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a software engineerProficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript and PythonExperience with frontend frameworks like React and Nest.jsExcellent communication skills and empathy to understand user needsStrong eye for great UX and a focus on building for end usersPassion for developing scalable, well-tested and well-designed software
The pay range for this position in California is $175,000 - $350,000yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience. We also offer competitive equity packages in the form of stock options and a comprehensive benefits plan.
