Summary

The Return Risk Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations for companies Care Return Risk operations. This role involves inventory management of B-Good products, warranty claim audits and processing vendor invoices. Support with minimizing return loss by analyzing, auditing and reconciling vendor invoices and warranty claims.

Role & Responsibilities

Daily review and submission of approved of B-Good scrapDaily review of warranty claim auditsReview and process vendor invoices, chargebacks, deductions and submission timelyReconcile discrepancies involving inventory and invoicesSupport forecasting process for Return Risk operationsAnalyze invoices, warranty claim activity and inventory scrap movement to identify trends to reduce return lossRecommend improvements and cost savings by reviewing vendor’s performance and costs

Minimum Qualifications

BS/ BA degree preferred or equivalent experience in Accounts Payable or Service Operation.At least 3 years of work experience in Finance, Banking and/or Service operation.Experience with SAP preferred.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Email and Excel.Proficiency in CSV file creation and requirements.Being familiar with the sales or service operation of electronic goods.Experience with banking and shipment tracking websites.Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.

Compensation

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
