📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Summary
The main function of the Data Analyst is to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions.
Job Responsibilities
Downloading the Raw Data form company systems and applications.Proper transformation of usable data, distribution and storage for historical use.Research & Deep Dive into the raw data to search quality and usability concerns by customer.Monitoring & Categorization as set by the Device Quality Management.Create in-depth presentations on various related topics as set forth by DQM.Collaborate & Coordinate with team members to support common tasks.Implement best practices for data automation and system improvements.Implement data validation processes to ensure data quality.
Education/Experience
Associate Degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.2 -3 years of experience required.Process certification, such as, Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI.
