Engineer Product I - Product Verification & Validation

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity from component only to complete development programs of broad scope.Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the design community.Develop and execute test or analysis plans for product verification and validation.Help establish short and long term objectives, goals, and priorities for the test lab.Lead and execute vehicle testsAnalyze complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendationsCommunicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites and drive results

Requirements

4 year engineering degree preferred or equivalent work experienceWill need metatarsalsStrong mechanical and or electrical aptitudeStrong problem solving skillsStrong communication and organizational skills, write clearly and concisely to document test proceduresMS Office experienceWillingness and ability to travel domestically to support field tests, etc.Hands on skills and aptitude with mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems.

Compensation

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
