Marketing Manager III

Summary

The Associate Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in our Brand Marketing department with a focus on our collectibles business; responsible for driving the execution of marketing campaigns and facilitating cross-functional integrations. This role requires strong executional foundations with a blend of creative thinking, project management skills, and an understanding of brand strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering impactful marketing initiatives and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while being able to manage competing priorities and pivot when necessary.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, event support and partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategy, brand guidelines, objectives, and timelines.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure compelling and consistent messaging across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including the business unit, CRM teams, agency partners and product marketing to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve unified brand messaging.Drive cross-functional projects that enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Strategic Planning

Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and brand positioning.Work closely with the marketing manager to implement strategic initiatives and adapt campaigns based on market trends and consumer insights.Budget Management:Assist in the budget planning process for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting on allocation of spends to maximize ROI reporting.Track and manage campaign expenses, providing regular updates to the marketing manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Monday.com, Figma, Airtable etc)Ad Agency experience a benefitCollectible Or Trading Card industry experience a benefit

Compensation

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
