The Adobe Podcast team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for creating great product experiences. Be part of a tightly knit team developing groundbreaking innovations in the world of audio on the web and help define the future of this medium as it takes over the world.

What You'll Do

Work closely with the engineering team headquartered in New York CityCollaborate with product management, design and research to shape the future of our productsInvent, design, and implement brand new, modern audio workflows on the webWork in multiple languages, building applications and associated infrastructure for the next generation of audio products at AdobeWork with internal AI/ML Research and Applied Research teams to productize and maintain AI services for use in Adobe PodcastJoin a team that has years of experience in an acute Programming-style environment

What You Need To Succeed

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of relevant proven experienceComfortable taking ownership of product initiatives that can span multiple teams and servicesExtensive experience working with researchers to productionize and scale AI servicesExtensive experience leading the diagnosis and resolution of issues across distributed systemsOpinionated about tools and practices that best enable running many AI services with minimal grindComfortable programming in multiple languages and paradigms. Comfortable Pair Programming. We value learning and growing together

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,000 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
