📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Come join a fast growing and well-established steel distribution/processing firm! Due to recent significant growth, we are currently seeking an Accounting/Finance Specialist to join our team. This position will be an instrumental part of the department directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities include the sub-management of the following key Accounting/Finance functions:Customer Credit Management Cash Flow ManagementFinancial Statement and Tax Return Preparation and AnalysisInventory Analysis Customer Sector AnalysisInvoice and Billing AnalysisConduct cost analysis on financial programs and operationsDetermine financial status and analyze forecast resultsResolve accounting errors on a timely basis with documentationPrepare profit and loss modelsQualifications:Experience in Accounting, Finance, or other related fieldsAdvanced spreadsheet skillsStrong attention to detailStrong analysis and critical thinking skillsKnowledge of the steel industry is a plus but not requiredCompensation:Includes Salary and Opportunities for BonusesBenefits Include: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, & 401KGreat Opportunity for growth and increased responsibilitiesPaid Time Off in addition to Paid Holidays
