Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior CAD Automation Engineer at our Maumee, OH location. As a Senior CAD Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for using computer-aided design (CAD) software and automation tools to design and build custom automation systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in product development processes, and provide technical expertise to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) softwareExperience in Physical Design and Mechanical EngineeringKnowledge of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and Cadence toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environmentExperience in the Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Semiconductor, or Aerospace industries is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in automation and integration, PLC programming, labview, robotic simulation, data acquisition, and technical documentation.
