Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Industrial Security Representative (FSO) in Columbia, MD. The Senior Industrial Security Representative will be responsible for overseeing personnel security, physical security, security operations, and more! They will ensure compliance with security regulations, conduct security briefings and training, manage security clearances, and facilitate secure operations within the organization. QualificationsExperience in personnel security, physical security, and security operationsStrong knowledge of security regulations NISPOM/32CFR Part 117 and protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and organizedExperience in the defense and intelligence community is requiredBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Security, Criminal Justice) is preferred
