Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The pay rate for this role is $15 per hour.

We have the following available shifts for this position

Monday: 8 am - 5 pmTuesday: 8 am - 7 pmWednesday and Thursday: 8 am - 5 pmFriday: 8 am - 12 pm

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and eagerness to learn. You will work under general supervision, engaging with the public, internal, and external customers to meet their needs. You will resolve complex customer service issues and provide information on policies, procedures, or laws, and manage client appointments. You may also need to interpret as required. The qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or GED, fluency in written and verbal English and Spanish, six months of customer service experience, and the ability to communicate or interpret information effectively to internal and external clients.
