Job title: Controller Location: Las Vegas, NV - OnsiteCompensation: $165,000- $175,000
Advantex is partnering with a retail company in Las Vegas for a Controller opportunity!
Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of all month-end close and financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports and governmental agency reports).Manages the annual budgeting process and monthly budget variance analysis. Ensures timely and accurate financial reports for leadership.Manages relationships with banks, insurance companies and credit card companies. Communicate with external vendors for tax return preparation and audited financial statements. Work with leadership to establish priorities and execute company strategy. Establish and monitors credit limits for new and existing customers. Provides assistance with evaluating company benefits and programs. Manages day to day activities such as cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, customer credits and collections, payroll approval and fixed asset tracking. Other duties as necessary.
Requirements: AA or BA in business, accounting or finance required. At least 8 years of experience with 5 years managing an accounting team. Strong MS Excel skills.
