THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create content using Unity, Unreal, and proprietary graphic engines.Design, manage, and optimize content creation pipelines in collaboration with engineers, artists, and designers.Develop tools, plugins, and automation to streamline the content creation process and enhance efficiency.Ensure optimal runtime performance through content optimization and providing guidance on best practices for asset creation to artists and designers.Solve complex technical and artistic challenges both independently and in cross-functional settings, tackling tasks with undefined requirements.Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving project needs and priorities.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

Minimum of 3 years' experience with Maya Python/PyMEL, C#, C++ API, PySide/PyQt, or Javascript.3+ years of experience in game development or film as a Technical Artist or Technical Director.Proficiency with Unity, Unreal, or other real-time engines.Strong knowledge of Perforce, git, and/or other source control systems.Demonstrated experience in content pipeline development, emphasizing efficient tools and processes for content creation and asset tracking in AAA games, film, or big tech companies.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, artists, and other technical artists.Familiarity with content creation software (DCCs) such as Maya, Houdini, Substance, and Photoshop.Experience with game optimization techniques and performance analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in building mobile applications with a focus on shipped products.Familiarity with proprietary infrastructure technologies.Shader programming experience.Background in real-time development, embedded with games, and real-time tech art.
