Contract Assistant – Experiences DepartmentAdventure Cycling AssociationStart Date: ASAPAdventure Cycling seeks part-time contract assistance in the Experiences Department for services related to the operational management of the experiences department. This position is located in-person, in our Missoula, MT Headquarters.Assemble and Pack Gear Kits:T-shirts, safety triangles, cooking equipment, med kits, tool kits.Record and Communicate Shipment Tracking Numbers/Details.Cleaning and Maintaining Gear Inventory.Prepare and Print Maps and Required Paperwork.Other tasks related to the Experiences operations as assigned by the Tour Operations and Systems Manager or the Vice President, Programs$20-$25/hour, approximately 15 hours per week. The weekly schedule is adaptable based on deadlines and workload. The contract goes through the end of June, 2024.
