Qualifications of the Senior Civil Engineer
minimum of 5 years' experience in transportation project management, emphasizing both preliminary and final design phases. Prior Design-Build project involvement is a plus.be a Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota or eligible for licensure within six months of employment.communication skills, both verbal and written.organizational, technical, and analytical abilities.expertise in team leadership and staff development.in project management tools such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation/Geopak, or Open Roads Designer.
