Job Description

AECOM is currently seeking a Project Manager III for our Arlington, VA or Washington, DC office location to support Buildings + Places architecture, interior design, and engineering practice. The hybrid position requires in office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with teleworking option on Monday and Friday. The responsibilities of this role are as follows but are not limited to the following:

Manages one or more very complex project. Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out). Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals. Responsible for managing a project to achieve specified objectives. Involves the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality. Manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management. Oversee invoice/payment application processing, tracking, and reporting. Negotiate, resolve, and close any outstanding change orders, quality issues, or disputes.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. U.S. Citizenship required, due to the nature of the work. As a condition of employment, must be able to successfully pass client background check.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or other project management certification is a plus; candidate will be required to complete AECOM Project Management Certification.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $106,800.34 - $171,809.24.
