📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator role will the support the Marketing Director as well as participate in the overall sales and marketing efforts for an Aegis Living community. The intention is to achieve optimal census and revenue targets through the following sales related activities: creating a “Wow” move-in experience for new residents, conducting sales tours when necessary, planning community events, engagement with existing residents and tracking sales activities. Marketing Coordinators should have a strong desire to grow their career in sales and strive to move into the Marketing Director role.
Job Duties & Functions:prospective families with the move-in process, creating a “Wow” experiencetours of the community with prospective families with the ability to close the sale resulting in new resident move-insand execute various community events and family events both inside and outside of the communityall sales activity within the CRM tool (Yardi)strong relationships with sister communities to encourage referral activitiesand/or conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings and any other functions required by managementa full working knowledge of operations, nursing and care in the community, with the ability to articulate to families during the move-in processservice excellence throughout the perspective customer experience as well as ongoing with existing residentsprofessional working relationship and promotes open lines of communications to achieve initiatives with other internal departmentswith model room and respite room setupsas necessary for outside sales calls, industry events
Education and Experience:least 2 years of sales or administrative experience, experience working in a service-related industry desired, experience working in hospitality sales and/or health care sales is a plus4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 4 years of related experiencepossess highly developed verbal and written communication skillsbe proficient in general computer knowledge, primarily with Microsoft Office products and various CRM toolsbe able to manage multiple tasks, strong organizational and presentations skillshave a valid driver’s license in the applicable statebe willing to take a 2-step TB test
