Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturing client in the Denver Metro area who is looking to hire a Plant Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with Plant/Operations Management, P&L Management, and finally have experience with Process/Automation improvements.

ResponsibilitiesPlanning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to meet organizations production goals. Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standardsResponsible for production output, product quality and on-time shippingAllocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.Monitor operations and trigger corrective actionsShare a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.Commit to plant safety procedures.Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assetsFinancial obligations related to P&L Management Oversee capital expenditure projects
Qualifications
5+ Years Experience in Senior Plant Leadership Experience/comfortable working on a new leadership team Experience with Process and Automation Plant Improvements
