Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a CNC Shop Floor Supervisor. As the CNC Shop Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop floor, ensuring timely production and quality output. This role requires expertise in CNC machining, as well as the ability to coordinate and communicate with team members to meet production goals. The position is located in Indianapolis, IN.
QualificationsExperience with tight tolerance, hard to machine materials in R&D machine shop floor Strong knowledge of Mastercam Programming and Logic controlsStrong knowledge of tool and machine set up to increase quality and efficiencyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team and manage a teamAdhere to all DPAS and ITAR requirements Assists machinists in positioning and securing of work pieces on machine centersExperience in training/mentoring highly skilled machinists
