📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Description
Industry-leading lifecycle services for all types and makes of industrial cranes and hoists and sustainable lifting solutions covering a full range of industrial applications.
Build industrial overhead cranes and material handling equipment for a variety of IndustriesShipyards, Steel Factories, Lumber Mills ETC.Operate one of several machines, including but not limited to CNC lathes, or CNC machining centers for the production of products including shafts, wheels, pinions/gears, drums, sheaves, and related machined crane components Variety of MILLS and LATHESJob shop NOT PRODUCTION machining - 1-2 Set-ups per dayCNC lathe, or CNC machining centers to make required machining operationsAbility to read and interpret part drawings to ensure proper dimensions of machined specificationsNotes, reports, and corrects variations in routing sequenceKeeps supervisors aware of pertinent issues, information, etc. warranting supervisors' knowledge, action, and/or resolutionEnsures proper, accurate records, files, databases, etcare maintained, as required, within areas of responsibilityMaintain toolingEnsure proper inspection, i.e. first piece inspection(s) are performed and makes adjustments as requiredPerform preventative maintenance
