You will…Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools - resume databases, job postings, social media, networking events/job fairs, etc. Screen and interview qualified candidates via intro calls, phone interviews, in-person or virtual interviews, reference checks, etc.Partner with your Account Manager to understand customer job openings and deliver on their needs in a timely mannerBuild and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leadsPerform various administrative and customer service related tasksLet’s talk money and perks!Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after an hourly paid training period.
