Knowledge and experience using hand held tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, etc. Tools Required: Skilsaw, Sawzal, Drill, Grinder, Nail Gun Knowledge and experience using power tools such as drills, nail guns, chop saws, etc. Demos job site according to scope of work. Knowledge and experience in Rough Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical. Knowledge and experience: hang, patch, and mud drywall. Knowledge and experience of rough and finish carpentry. Knowledge and experience to lay sub flooring. Knowledge and experience in finish plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
