Industrial Maintenance Technician - $30.50/hr - Pay Progressions - Shepherdsville, KY
Description
You will be responsible for performing routine, preventative, breakdown and installation maintenance. Perform maintenance throughout the entire facility, KTP, LAP & foam departments. The facility makes seats for both Ford facilities within Louisville. It is crucial to repair equipment within a timely manor to meet deadlines from Ford. You will work on the following equipment; PLC's (Allen Bradley) Conveyor Systems (Chain, Roller & Belt Driven) Hydraulics & Pneumatics 480V Electricity (3 Phase) HMI (Human Machine Interface) Sensors & Photoeyes Fanuc Robotics (not needed, but a plus if youhave been around robotics) Pumps
Skills and Qualifications
2-5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing facility Applicable degree or certificate preferred Robotics experience preferred but not required Electrical Maintenance, PLC Troubleshooting, Conveyor Maintenance, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems, Mechanical Maintenance
Details
$30.50/hr to start. Raise at 1 year mark and every 6 months after, up to 36 months C Crew (Friday & Saturday 6:00am – 4:30pm, Sunday 6:00pm – 4:30am, Monday 6:00pm – 4:30am (.60 shift differential). MAY BE 12 HOUR DAYS Opportunity to work with robotics and gain experience within a tier 1 automotive supplier Tier 1 Automotive supplier Union shop Very clean environment
