📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Compensation package consisting of a 20% commission from the deals, distributed on a monthly basis. After 6 months, based on exceptional performance, VP may be eligible to receive equity shares in the Company. The specific terms and percentage shall be determined by mutual agreement between the Parties there is no base salary.

Role Description
This is a remote part-time role for a Vice President. The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives within the company. They will collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement IT strategies that support the business goals and objectives. The Vice President will also be responsible for managing the IT team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services.
