Product Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale product/Project Manager who has experience working with China factories to join our team. The Wholesale Project Manager will be responsible for managing all the company’s new development projects from beginning to end and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery on time.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring client expectations are met, and projects are completed to their satisfaction.
• Providing a brief to the designer for packaging guidelines• Reviewing final artwork – checking spelling, features, UPC, layout, and more. Making sure everything matches the brief provided.
• Work with China factories to develop product specifications, pricing, and timelines.
• Build strong relationships with our China factories and maintain ongoing communication to ensure projects are moving forward smoothly.
• Prepare regular project status reports and present to senior management.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in wholesale project management position - a MUST· Experience managing projects with China factories.· Strong communication and negotiation skills.· Excellent project management and organizational skills.· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.· Strong project management and organizational skills· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.· Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
