Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role as a Benefits Advisor at Aflac. We are hiring throughout the state of Arkansas. The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting and understanding the various insurance products and benefits offered by Aflac. This includes providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions for clients, and actively pursuing sales opportunities. Benefits Advisors manage their own calendars, working a mix of virtually and on site. Leadership and advancement opportunities are also available.
QualificationsExperience in employee benefits and insurance preferred, however not requiredStrong customer service skillsAbility to effectively train and educate clientsProven sales experience

Knowledge of the insurance industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in computer software applications
