Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seed Technician to join our team. The Seed Technician will play a critical role in our seed production process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met from seed processing to packaging. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills Crop Farm/Livestock Farm Experience Equipment Operation Experience Mechanically Inclined Previous experience in seed production, agriculture, or a related field is desirable
Requirements Willingness to learn Strong work ethic Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
Salary Negotiable and commensurate with experience
