Role Details

Type: ~4-6 week Contract-to-HireBenefits: Eligibility after Hire (401K, Vision, Health, Dental)

Responsibilities of Agency Cliquish® Beauty Talent Manager include, but are not limited to:Leverage your strong beauty connections to cultivate and deepen your roster of diverse, Black beauty influencers, while identifying partnership opportunities with some of the world’s top beauty + beauty adjacent brands including, but not limited to: events, video shoots, campaigns, brand trips, etc.Oversee and manage brand campaigns from inception to completion, collaborating closely with the talent team. This includes pitch conversations, campaign building, negotiations, invoicing, and asset delivery.Incorporate your unique beauty perspective and your knowledge of major and emerging social channels into influencer and brand conversations to curate and maximize opportunities for all parties.Regularly monitor KPIs to assess performance and track against overarching company and brand goals.Host office hours with your represented influencers to understand their goals, provide relevant timely support, and answer any campaign questions to grow and deepen each relationship.Manage the coordination of campaigns between each influencer and their brand partners, understanding all campaign specs, channels, deliverables, and associated timelines.Foster communication with cross-functional team members to ensure efficient pipelines for partnerships.Attend offsite events and activities related to Influencer campaigns, beauty-related PR events, and/or internal team gatherings (as needed)Additional Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in ongoing talent pitches and project development agency-wide.Develop strategies and ensure consistency in providing feedback regarding content performance.Undertake miscellaneous duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned to support the dynamic needs of the agency.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, or equivalent beauty-related work experienceA strong connection to the beauty industry with deep knowledge and understanding of key trends, outlets, and best practices 3+ years of proven experience in the beauty industry with a strong interest in influencer management and marketing 3+ years of strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on campaign management, creativity, and adaptability.Excellent project management and organizational abilities specific to influencer marketing campaigns.Influential networking skills and experience in media and paid spin within the influencer industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Embraces diversity and fosters an inclusive workplace within the context of influencer marketing.Motivational and positive attitude, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in influencer marketing.Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively in the dynamic influencer marketing landscape.Background knowledge of major and emerging social channels, and a true passion for influencer marketingKnowledge of Black content creators and influencers (with a strong preference for those related to beauty)Must have active accounts across key social media platforms including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
