📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Title: Financial Analyst (Incentives) Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - In-office 3 days a week)Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (including 10% bonus)
What We Need: We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for managing all data related to our incentives and payroll. Reporting to the Director of Payroll, the ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, with a strong understanding of data modeling, pivot tables, and filters. They will take ownership of our incentive plans, ensuring accuracy in calculations and identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:Compile and manage source data for incentive compensation spreadsheets.Prepare incentive calculations accurately and on time.Troubleshoot and address incentive-related inquiries from stakeholders.Maintain detailed documentation of all incentive plans.Develop and implement calendars for distributing compensation plan metrics and analytics.Create recurring and ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of incentive plan calculations.Optimize and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Prepare and maintain audit files for all payment files sent to the payroll department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, incentive compensation, or data mining.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel including VLOOKUP, Index Match, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Macros.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.Experience working with large datasets.Understanding of database and spreadsheet software such as SQL and Excel.
