Our industry-leading client is looking for a Scrum Lead to join their team!
Location: This role will have a hybrid schedule of remote work and onsite work in Downtown Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:Promote Agile principles and practices within squads and organizationGuide squads towards effective backlog management, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with the Product Director on backlog prioritization and ensure adherence to Agile practices.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).Provide thought leadership and coach squad members for Agile maturity.
Required Experience:6+ years of relevant Agile experience at the Scrum Lead or Agile Coach/Mentor levelAgile certifications (CSM, PSM I & II preferred)Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and related operational aspectsExperience working through a transformation of a team to Agile structure and Agile practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
