Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Henderson, NV for a Corporate IT Systems Administrator at Ahern Rentals, Inc. As a Corporate IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the company's IT systems. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and access permissions, installing and maintaining software and hardware, and ensuring the security and reliability of the company's IT infrastructure. This is primarily a Microsoft systems administration/engineering position. The ideal candidate should have supplemental experience with diverse systems in a fast-paced enterprise environment (i.e. EMC SAN, IBM Blade Center, Tivoli Storage Manager, Cisco Networks, and Cisco VoIP). This is an exempt level position.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systemsExperience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other network management toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksRelevant certifications such as MCSA
