Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Services Manager located in Sedona, AZ. The Conference Services Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing convention and conference services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and planning meetings and events. They will play a key role in creating a seamless and successful conference experience for our guests.
Qualifications Experience in convention services, conference services, and event planningStrong focus on customer satisfactionAbility to effectively plan and coordinate meetings and conferencesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and in a team-oriented environmentExperience with hotel or hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
