Environmental Project Manager
My client, the world's leading Renewable Energy developer, is looking for an Environmental PM to join their team on a long-term contract basis.
The job can be remote but will involve 25%+ travel for quick visits to perform site inspections (across the USA).
What You'll Do:Make sure our projects follow environmental laws and regulations.Visit project sites to check for environmental compliance.Write detailed reports about environmental issues.Communicate with managers, government agencies, and other experts.Stay up-to-date on environmental laws and company policies.Help with project planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.
Requirements:5+ years of experience in environmental construction.2+ years of supervisory or management experience.Strong knowledge of environmental regulations.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and stay organized.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience with GIS is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:Ensure projects meet environmental requirements.Manage compliance processes.Identify and solve environmental problems.Coordinate with construction managers.Provide support during emergencies, like storms.
