📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Task planning and workflow coordination for multiple CraftsAttend daily Plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and schedulingPlan, prioritize and coordination of both corrective and preventative work utilizing input from Operations and Craft Leadershipo Determine manpower, equipment and materials required for effective and efficient completion of planned worko Assignment of both in-house crafts and outside resources for effective and efficient completion of planned worko Scheduling of planned work based on PSM requirements and production risko Coordination with Global Supply Chain / Warehousing around components and spares requirements for upcoming workMonitoring of budgeted cost/timing progress for scheduled workGeneration and distribution of KPI reports (work order completion, equipment failures by type, work order planned vs actual cost, etc.) utilizing information from the CMMS (SAP) Requirements:Experience in SAPWorking knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SAP systemsHigh school diplomaData analysis skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to apply analytical results
