📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
OB/ GYN Physician
RESPONSIBILITIES:· Provide high quality care for OB patients by accurately managing their pregnancy and any needs during the postpartum period· Provide high quality care for GYN patients which includes accurately diagnosing and treating patients who present with acute gynecological issues· 8-hour Office day (approx. 2-3 days/week)· One 24-hour shift at Good Samaritan Hospital to accommodate deliveries and minor surgical procedures· Maintain appropriate documentation within the electronic medical record system in accordance with Aizer’s policies and adhere to HIPAA standards and regulations in managing or handling any patient information or patient inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS:· Completion of a residency in OB/GYN· Board certified· 3+ years experience managing pregnancy complications or high risk cases· Excellent interpersonal skills
