Responsibilities
Driving the company’s financial planningEnsure compliance with the law and company’s policiesDirect and oversee the financial activitiesDeveloping and implementing financial strategiesPerforming risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investmentsMonitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variancesDeveloping plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditureEnsure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operationsSupervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)Set the company's strategy and directionImplement and maintain financial controls through the use of ERP systems.Develop analytical accounting rules and cost center structures for enhanced financial analysis.Manage the costing database and support Marketing in bidding processes.Analyze and provide insights on product costing.
Qualifications
MBA/CPAERP implementation experienceIn depth knowledge of corporate financial lawExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsKnowledgeable in budgeting, accounting, and resource managementStrong integrity and accountabilityProficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)Strong negotiation skillsStrong leadership qualitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
