Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringProven experience in surface care and disinfectant formulation developmentStrong knowledge of regulatory requirementsUnderstanding of EPA regulationsPlanning and directing project activities, trials, and discussions with raw material suppliersInternal Project updates & discussions with Regulatory and QAPlan and direct project activities, trials, and discussions with raw material suppliersProvide internal project updates to cross-functional teamsPerform converting process validationsCreate and edit raw material specificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS OfficeStrong attention to detail
