ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the market to identify opportunities and develop novel wet wipe solutions, product ideas, and conceptsTo stay ahead of customer preferences and maintain a competitive edge, incorporate cutting-edge technologies and current market trends into product designCreate impactful customer presentations highlighting product features, benefits, and technological advancements.Collaborate with Project and Commercial teams to provide comprehensive technical assistance for global projects.Identify opportunities, enhance manufacturing efficiency, and optimize costs by collaborating with strategic suppliers.Manage accurate and up-to-date specifications for ingredients and formulations. Address customer inquiries promptly.
QualificationsB.S. degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Natural Science, Engineering (General), Chemical Engineering.4 years’ experience in product development required, quality systems and formulation development knowledge a plus.Experience in wet wipes development is a strong plus.Must have the ability to independently manage multiple projectsMust be willing to travel as needed.
