Job Requirements and Duties
High School diploma2 plus years of manufacturing industry experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skillsProven experience as maintenance technicianPerform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems.Experience in troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical drive systems, and electrical controls.Must have, or possess desire and ability to learn rapidly, extensive controls experience including PLC, Servo Drives, VFDâs, and process controllersExperience in planning maintenance operationsEnsure all machinery is up to working standardsPlan and oversee all repair and installation activitiesDesign all preventive maintenance programsResolve all maintenance issuesExtensive knowledge in a variety of mechanical systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise a team if required.
