QualificationsBachelor's degree with 4 years’ experience in the nonwovens, paper, or pulp industry in one or more of the following functions: Research and Development, Product or Process Development, Converting, or Engineering ORMaster’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experienceBackground in Statistics: Understand data distributions (Normal, Binomial, Exponential). Execute Design of Experiments (DOE) using statistical softwareComplex Problem-Solving Skills: Understand fiber composition, structure, and properties. Be aware of chemical processes, interactions, and safety. Familiar with production techniques and disposal methods.Knowledge of raw materials, quality control, and cost optimization. Effective manufacturing and distribution techniques
