Automotive Consultant

Akkodis is seeking a Dealer Consultant for a Hybrid contract position with a client located in Plymouth MI. Ideally looking who has previous experience in Selling capital equipment to the dealership, taking orders on the phone, and placing them in the ERP systems.

Pay Range: $22 - $25/hour; (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. )

Hybrid role: 2 days onsite and 3 days remoteSchedule: Monday- Friday: 9 am - 6 pm EST

Dealer Consultant Job Summary:Handle call volumes for all program orders, both daily and facility orders, providing accurate/efficient processing of orders and maintaining favorable customer relations.Manage all email communication as they relate to the OE program.Discuss problems, and identify proper equipment, or items required for order processing and to fit the customers’ needs.Verbally quoting price and availability, and applicable discounts, prepare written quotations verifying proper equipment, delivery, and price as needed to assist Rotunda ASMs (field sales).Work with customers and suppliers to facilitate all returns, order changes, and quote needs as it relates to OE Program orders.Create and modify both Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in the ERP System.Assist customers with any financial concerns regarding equipment orders placed.Provide technical and/or specialty assistance regarding application and equipment identification. Reporting needs for quarterly and monthly reviews with customers (utilizing Business Object reports) as it relates to Rotunda daily orders.

QualificationsHigh School diploma required. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to maintain favorable customer relations and interact with dealers, suppliers, and internal departmentsTechnical knowledge and/or specialty skills to provide product/equipment information are requiredPrevious customer service experienceCall center experience is requiredWorking knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP)
