IT Support Analyst II

Akkodis is seeking an IT Support Analyst II with a client in Cypress, CA/Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid onsite) to join their team. This is a Contract to Hire role at a rate range of $30/hr. to $35/hr.; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Description:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field requiredIT certifications or equivalent work experience preferred3+ years’ experience supporting desktop and application technologies required such as Dell desktops/laptops, Lenovo laptops, HP Printers, Datamax printers, and handheld scanners2+ years’ experience supporting the following applications and technologies preferred:CitrixActive DirectoryTCPIP, DNS, DHCP, WINSVPN client cnfigurationMicrosoft Exchange/Outlook: Creating rulesMicrosoft Excel: understanding Macros and formulasInternet Explorer, Chrome, HTML, Win install, internet/intranet support issuesHelp Desk Incident Management SoftwareSQL r Microsoft Access databaseStrong working knowledge of the Windows OS and Desktop productivity tools such as MS Office requiredAbility to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders, and management requiredMust be self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skillsExcellent customer service skills
