Akkodis is seeking a Payroll Associate for a Contract role with one of our clients located in Orlando FL. Ideally looking for applicants with one year of payroll experience.
Location: Orlando FL
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Rate: $23-26/hr. on w2
Job Description:Top 3-5 Technical Skills:Preferred but not required: Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Profession (CPP)Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially ExcelKnowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) or similar software is preferred.Produces accurate and reliable work within tight deadlines.Attention to detail and well-organized.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsTraining for the following will be provided, but some experience will be beneficial: MySPGI, Salesforce, SAP PD2, Concur, AskHR
Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities:Process weekly Payroll average of 500-600 employees.Process and reconcile weekly Vendor reports.Research and correct any payroll discrepancies.Process ICC Billing corrections requested.Process monthly payroll transfersTimeline to start/fill
