📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Akkodis is seeking a Senior Project Engineer position with a client located in Mishawaka IN. Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline to be considered. Will be responsible for supporting projects from inception to completion in a Product Development Engineering capacity. Will also handle quotes, pricing, tracking the project, budget, communication with customer, floor work with process, cycle times.
Pay/Salary Range $90k- $100k
Senior Project Engineer job responsibilities include:for overseeing all mold design activities and designing new molds built internally as well as preparing purchase requisitions for all purchased components for mold projects.for managing each mold project from design to production release. Communication and project management of external tool builds is required when necessary.and development of fixtures, assembly machines, and injection molded part concepts will also be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:degree in a Technical Discipline is required.Five years’ related experience.Injection Molding background is required.for CAD Software is required.
