About the Role:Developers are full stack and assist in developing new features, change requests, and bugs.
Key Skills:Full Stack with split 40% Front End and 60% Back EndPHPJavaScriptJavaGitPythonLambda Functions (AWS)PostgreSQL or other SQLHTMLStrong communication is criticalAbility to be flexible and creativeWorks well in start up environmentBanking/Financial Industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities:Develop Code with Development Team in PHP, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, and Postgres SQLDevelop and implement new features across the stack o Implement industry standards of security in all facets of software developmentOptimize Database Queries used in development.Coordinate across Departments to create internal Company featureCollaborate with QA to create a test plan when creating fixes for bugs and featureCollaborate with Designers to discuss features in the designing processCreate solutions for reported issues and improvement needsFollow the SDLC policy in all aspects of the development cycle
Candidate RequirementsBackground in web development using PHP, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, JS & jQueryMinimum 3 years work experienceStrong attention to detailComfortable with repetitive tasks
