Akkodis is seeking a Solutions Arch. Azure-Healthcare for a Fulltime position with a client located in Boston, MA ideally looking for someone within East region working in the Healthcare industry. Salary Range: $170,000 to $180,000/ Year (The Salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors) Title: Solutions Arch. Azure-HealthcareLocation: Boston, MA (100% Remote but Working EST)Type : Fulltime Role:The role requires an equal balance of technical expertise, gained through current, hands-on involvement in developing real-world systems, and excellent interpersonal skills allied with the ability to quickly develop strong working relationships in high pressure environments.The Lead Solutions Architect is expected to carry out a wide range of activities, from actively writing code as a senior member of the development team and breaking down complex problems and identifying steps towards solutions, through to coaching individuals and engaging with non-technical people at all levels of seniority.What You'll Be Doing:Collaborate with the Business SMEs, Product owners, and leadership to understand / influence business requirements, capabilities, and feature definitionsLead the rapid development of user-driven prototypes to identify technical options and inform architectural approaches, working with colleagues and vendor team members to write tests, code and documentation for new and existing systems.Present and justify solution architecture design to product and technology leaders, business leadersEducation Required:Bachelor's, computer science, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field required.Education Desired:Master's degree desired.
Experience Required:Thought leader with 7-10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Governance. Lead Solutions architecture initiatives for many value streams (e.g., Agile/SAFe Release Train).Experience building production-hardened data applications, with consideration for security, performance, scalability, reliability, and repeatability.Experience with enterprise multi-tenant SaaS applicationsExperience building or operating a data pipeline (ETL and Streaming)Experience working with healthcare data and regulations
Experience Desired:Experience working with production services and designing smooth deployment processes via Dev Ops, ideally in Azure or GCP.Experience with AI / Machine Learning / NLP / RPA.Experience with micro-services and Domain Driven Design (DDD)Experience with Dev OpsExperience with SAFe Development Principles
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:Expert with distributed computing architectures, including race conditions, parallelism, and concurrency controlExcellent collaboration, influencing, evangelization, negotiation, coaching, mentoring, and coalition-building skills. Ability to work with persons at all levels, from the most junior person to VP levels, in all job functions (e.g., product, UX, developers, QA, DevOps).Knowledge in open-source technologies and the Hadoop ecosystem - EMR, Spark, Python, Hive, HDFS, Kafka, etc.Familiarity with API, microservice, and integration concepts and technologies, such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, message queues, and integration patterns/frameworks
