Solution Architect with Azure - Healthcare Background - Remote (Must be EST folks only)

Pay Range: $150k - $180K; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Job Description:The Lead Solution Architect is responsible for complex analysis and design of systems solutions across multiple technical and business environments. Working closely with both business partners and application developers across the enterprise, this position acts as subject matter expert for multiple integration suites and various technical platforms.

Bachelor's, computer science, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field required.Thought leader with 7-10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Governance. Lead Solutions architecture initiatives for many value streams (e.g., Agile/SAFe Release Train).Experience building production-hardened data applications, with consideration for security, performance, scalability, reliability, and repeatability.Experience with enterprise multi-tenant SaaS applicationsExperience building or operating a data pipeline (ETL and Streaming)Experience working with healthcare data and regulationsExperience in leading solutions architecture initiatives and develop transformation architecture for the project/product initiatives.Proven experience to demonstrate/present the architecture to the leadership/executives, enterprise architects, and solution developers.Experience in facilitating discussions and get consensus with enterprise architects and solution architects.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:Expert with distributed computing architectures, including race conditions, parallelism, and concurrency controlExcellent collaboration, influencing, evangelization, negotiation, coaching, mentoring, and coalition-building skills. Ability to work with persons at all levels, from the most junior person to VP levels, in all job functions (e.g., product, UX, developers, QA, DevOps).Ability to influence the architecture decisions to solve for the business problems/needs.Ability to work in a competing and transformational environment.Solid understanding of the cloud providers optionsKnowledge in open-source technologies and the Hadoop ecosystem - EMR, Spark, Python, Hive, HDFS, Kafka, etc.Familiarity with API, microservice, and integration concepts and technologies, such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, message queues, and integration patterns/frameworksStrong communication and people skills with proven experience in leading the teams, mentoring team members.Excellent one-on-one communication and presentation skills, specifically able to convey technical information in a clear and unambiguous manner. Ability to influence and communicate across key stakeholders.
